The RoleAs a Data Analyst at Brighty, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business and product decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to uncover trends, monitor KPIs, and optimise user experience in our fast-evolving fintech and digital asset ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from multiple sources (app, CRM, marketing platforms, financial systems)
- Writing and optimising MySQL and PostgreSQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets
- Working with BigQuery for large-scale data analysis and cloud-based data warehousing
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Metabase to visualise key metrics and support decision-making
- Conducting cohort analysis, user segmentation, and retention studies
- Supporting A/B testing and growth experiments with statistical insights
- Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to define data-tracking requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, structured way
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (fintech or product analytics experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL / MySQL
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and data modeling
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Salary Range: from €2,500 gross/month, depending on experience.
