Full Stack Developer

We’re a hands-on venture studio that builds brands from scratch and helps them grow fast in the United States and across the world. One of them has already made it into the hands of a NASDAQ-listed company – and we’re not slowing down.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves building things that actually work - not just writing elegant code for someone else’s backlog.

Someone who breaks stuff to learn, joins hackathons for fun, and gets energy from turning chaos into working products that people use.

You’ll be joining one of our fastest-growing digital products, a small team that ships fast, experiments hard, and treats code like a creative tool, not a corporate checklist.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and scale a real product used by real people, using React / Next.js, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.

• Create clean, responsive interfaces with Tailwind CSS and optimize for performance and delight.

• Own features end-to-end - from sketching a quick prototype to deploying production-ready code.

• Work side-by-side with product, design, and marketing - no silos, no bureaucracy.

• Test wild ideas, run fast iterations, and learn from what works (and what doesn’t).

• Have a voice in architecture, tools, and direction - we want your brain, not just your hands.

• (Bonus) Curiosity about SvelteKit or other emerging stacks - we like people who explore what’s next.

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs.

• Real curiosity - maybe you’ve built a few side projects, joined hackathons, or launched something just because you could.

• Solid understanding of front-end craft (Tailwind CSS) and how to make things both beautiful and fast.

• Comfortable working across the stack - from database design to UI polish.

• A maker’s mindset: you prototype, test, and ship. Fast.Responsible but independent - you know when to move quickly and when to slow down for quality.

• Bonus: exposure to SvelteKit, web performance, or other new-wave frameworks.

We offer a gross monthly salary starting from €3,500–€5,500, depending on your skills and experience.
