At the moment, we are looking for a NAV/BC Developer (Mid-Senior)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal teams and outsourced partners on development projects, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central;
• Participating in the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions and extensions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and best practices;
• Working closely with outsourced partners to provide technical guidance, support, and code review throughout the development lifecycle;
• Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns;
• Drawing upon your understanding of the diverse versions and functionalities within Dynamics NAV/Business Central to enhance project achievements;
• Applying your expertise in Microsoft SQL to fine-tune database performance
• Lead and execute NAV to Business Central upgrades, including customizing and migrating code from C/AL to AL;
• Perform Business Central version upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions to the latest release.
  
  

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• More than 3 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central;
• A solid understanding of MS NAV/Business Central functionality and architecture;
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell for automation tasks;
• Willingness to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
