We provide secure and efficient financial services while driving innovation in the digital payments landscape. As we implement and expand our projects, we need an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our operations and ensure sustainable growth.

Position Overview:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring that the business remains compliant with regulatory requirements, and driving overall performance and profitability.

You will report directly to the Board of Directors and work closely with the executive team to shape the company's long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Ensure the company adheres to the legal and regulatory frameworks governing the EMI sector.
• Build and maintain a high-performance team, supporting their development and ensuring a positive organizational culture.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service offerings, operational processes, and technology infrastructure.
• Represent the company in industry events, forums, and with key government and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in senior leadership roles within the fintech or financial services sector, preferably in an EMI.
• Experience in business strategy development and execution, with a focus on driving growth
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and experience with compliance issues in the EMI space.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and proficiency in Lithuanian; other languages is an advantage.
