Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:
• Drive stakeholder alignment, including project goal setting
• Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks

• Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle
• Manage budget allocation and resource planning
• Delivery Management:
• Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery
• Serve as primary delivery contact for a client
• Maintain transparent project communications
• Manage release cycles and production deployments
• Drive engineering excellence and quality standards
• Conduct demonstrations and technical training
• Team Leadership:
• Foster positive team dynamics
• Provide mentorship and coaching
• Implement governance frameworks
• Address team management challenges
• Champion organizational best practices
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Delivery/Technical Project Management
• Proven track record leading distributed teams of up to 20 members across various roles
• Strong expertise in enterprise-level solution delivery, particularly in digital, cloud and AI domains
• Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Demonstrated ability to establish and optimize Dev/DevOps/QA/BA processes
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Self-driven with exceptional initiative
• Previous hands-on engineering or solution architecture experience
• Strong focus on solution quality and excellence
• Superior communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders: onsite and offshore teams, business stakeholders, technical experts, including solution architects and engineers
• Experience in performance metrics and data-driven delivery management
• Adaptability in managing change while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction

Salary range €5K-€7K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
