Job Description

Hybrid – 3x per week at the office (Picoas, flexible days).
Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using GoLang;
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from technical analysis and design to deployment and monitoring;
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to ensure stability and scalability;
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features;
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation are consistently applied;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with the team.
Must-have:
- Proven experience in GoLang backend development;
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB;
- Solid understanding of web development and API design principles;
- Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD practices;
- Good problem-solving and communication skills;
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with Python or scripting languages;
- Knowledge of ElasticSearch;
- Experience in high-traffic or large-scale environments.
