Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination of promoters and field representatives in stores: Organizing the work of individuals who represent and promote products in retail stores.
- Planning and implementation of promotional activities: Developing and executing promotional campaigns aimed at boosting product sales.
- Organization and coordination of marketing events at retail locations: Planning and coordinating events at sales points to promote brands or products.
- Collaboration and alignment of marketing activities with retail partners: Communicating and coordinating marketing efforts with retail partners to achieve common marketing goals.
- Preparation of marketing plans for the execution of marketing activities: Strategically planning and documenting marketing activities.
- Preparation of monthly reports on marketing activities: Regularly monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in marketing and retail is preferred.
- Computer literacy: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Personal qualities: Responsibility, self-initiative, organizational skills, and creativity.
- Additional requirements: A valid category B driver's license.
