Senior Project Manager
The Role
This position is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who thrives on ownership, clarity, and delivery. You will lead complex initiatives from initial concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. The role involves working across multiple stakeholders and functions, bringing structure, communication, and accountability to every stage of delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and scoping through to execution and operational handover
- Define goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria for each initiative
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain alignment with objectives
- Monitor progress and address risks or issues proactively
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams, ensuring all stakeholders remain engaged and informed
- Conduct impact assessments for potential changes and ensure proper approval processes are followed
- Produce accurate project forecasts and financial reports
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Support the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies across the team
- Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
Experience and Skills
- Strong experience in project or programme management
- Proven track record leading multiple concurrent projects of medium to large scale
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including PMI and Agile
- Experience developing project budgets and Work Breakdown Structures
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent or advanced French language skills
- Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and driving accountability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
