Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and later Manager based in Koper, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role you will design, oversee and execute automated testing strategies, manage test plans, and ensure high-quality software releases. The role involves collaborating with development teams, leading QA projects, and analyzing test results to identify and resolve issues. Daily tasks include setting up and maintaining testing frameworks, developing test cases, and continuously improving testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA and test automation
• Proficiency in creating and managing Test Plans, developing and executing Test Cases
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Experience with payment software testing is a plus
• Experience with scrum master role is a plus.
