Our growing company, Comtrade System Integration, is currently looking for a proactive and motivated HR Specialist to join our team in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The role primarily focuses on HR operations - covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, engagement, and development - with additional involvement in marketing and event coordination activities.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is organized and detail-oriented, and has a hands-on approach to creating a positive employee experience and internal culture.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
HR / People & Culture
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, candidate communication).
- Coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding of new employees.
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications.
- Provide support with offboarding process.
- Preparation of internal HR reports.
Marketing & Events:
- Support the organization of internal and external company events.
- Coordination and procurement of promotional materials.
- Assistance with basic marketing and employer branding initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
- Proficiency with HR systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Previous experience or interest in marketing, communications, or event organization is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an international team.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English (knowledge of Serbian/Croatian is an advantage).
