We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to join our Global Product & Innovation Team. This role offers remote or hybrid flexibility, providing the opportunity to lead the development and execution of impactful products that drive growth and innovation across global markets.

As a Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between business, technology, and customers, taking ownership of product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build products that combine exceptional user experience with business success.

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, and marketing teams
• Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and iteration
• Monitor product performance metrics and optimize for growth and efficiency
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
• Proven ability to deliver successful digital or software products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Fluency in English (German or French is a plus)
