Descripción del empleo

This service will be an experienced UX UI designer with sereveral years of experience. The main tasks will be coordinating the different projects, guaranteing consistency acrross the diferent tools, designing interaction and visual design for different tools, making guidelines and updating the design system. All the design solutions are expected to be validated and tested with real customers. This provider should have a good communication skills with the business and development team and preferably expererience contruction material logistics and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis: Conducts thorough user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.

Information Architecture: Develops clear and intuitive information architectures and user flows to organize content and functionalities effectively.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Creates wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on design solutions.

UI Design: Designs visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

Interaction Design: Defines interactive elements, animations, and micro-interactions to improve user engagement and usability.

Usability Testing: Conducts usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions, iterating based on user insights.

Collaboration: Collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and business objectives.

Design System Evolution: Maitains and evolve the design system including new paterns, components and guidelines

Requisitos

Interaction Design, Information Architechture, User Flows, customer journeys, etc.

Visual Design

Prototyping in Figma

Design Systems

User research and Testing

High English Level

Development Environment / Tools

Proficiency experience in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Desired:

Wireframes, Interaction Flows, Visual Desgin, Prototypes on Figma, Development hand documentation and guidelines
