- Collaborate with designers to create, maintain, and upgrade designs of multiple complex and scalable medical apps

- Participate in design reviews

- Certified in UX design or related field
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a product or UX designer, ideally in a fast-paced setting
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including design systems libraries, variables, and prototyping.
- Strong familiarity with design heuristics and best practices.
- Professional English skills for both communication and documentation
- Experience in documenting design is a strong plus.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with sensitivity towards consistency and quality
- A team-oriented person with strong communication skills enabling work with cross-functional teams
- Open, flexible, and highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment
- The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Europe, with visits to our headquarters in Bern, Switzerland, a few times per year.
