Senior Technical Delivery Manager_DE

Your day to Day

You will plan, structure and lead complex technical OSS programs and projects with cross-functional character in a multinational environment.

You will effectively coordinates sub-projects and sub-streams to ensure delivery of program goals in time, budget and quality. Accountable for program budgets up to 10m€. Ensures continuous Risk Management and executes Stakeholder- and Escalation Management up to Senior Management level. Implements effective measures to avoid scope creep and complexity drift.

You will ensures frequent progress status reporting and presents in Steering Meetings to Senior Management stakeholders.

• You will manage end-to-end the entire Program lifecycle, including management of budget, timelines, risks and escalations
• You will be accountable for effective Scope-, Change- and Risk Management
• You will be accountable for project / program delivery in time, quality and budget
• You will have a proactive Stakeholder Management
• You will support Supply Chain Management in RFP / RFQ activities and supplier contract creation
• Effective supplier management to ensure their delivery performance
  
  
  

With these skills you are a great candidate:

• You have at least 8 years professional experience and proven track-record in management of ICT projects and programs, preferably in a multinational & multicultural environment
• You have excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, i.e. Prince2 or PMP (proven by a certification like Prince2)
• You have a good knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• You have experience in supplier management
• You have engineering degree (Bachelor / Master) in telecommunications, computer science or Business Administration
• You have a good level of German and English language
• You have excellent skills in Communication and Stakeholder Management
