You’ll be part of an agile and innovative team, contributing throughout the entire development lifecycle — from requirements to production-ready services. Depending on your experience, you’ll either grow into the role or take a lead in driving development and mentoring others.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain a modern, API-first platform using test-driven and AI-assisted methods.
- Mentor and support other developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product owners, domain experts) to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalability, performance, and security
- Stay at the forefront of technology and share your expertise with the team.

Requirements
- A passionate engineer with 5+ years of experience building great products using cutting-edge technologies
- Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Place of employment: Linköping, Motala or Stockholm
- Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
- Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
