Founded in 2019 by four telecom-and-cloud veterans, Lolo Unify is a global overlay network which allows you have fine grained control of networks and devices to personalize the connected experience at scale over a multitude of underlying networks, infrastructure and clouds.

Our distributed infrastructure spans points of presence in North America, Europe and Asia, and we orchestrate everything on a large-scale Kubernetes platform. The Role


You’ll join a small, senior group of engineers responsible for designing, building and operating Lolo’s global network. Expect a healthy mix of architecture work, hands-on routing and switching, automation, and firefighting (the interesting, learning-rich kind).


What You’ll Do


  • Design and deploy complex network solutions using both IPv4 and IPv6.
  • Configure and manage dynamic routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
  • Implement and troubleshoot L2 switching and encapsulation technologies (e.g., VLANs, VXLAN).
  • Develop and maintain network automation infrastructure as code playbooks.
  • Secure our network using VPN technologies like IPsec and Wireguard.
  • Work with diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals.
  • Manage your work effectively using a task management system.
  • Perform physical rack mounting and cabling of network hardware as needed.


What You’ll Bring


  • Extensive experience as a network engineer with a focus on enterprise-level infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in the qualifications listed above.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in **diverse teams**.
  • A proven track record of tracking and completing work using modern project management tools.
  • Fluent English is a must; Swedish is a definite plus.
  • Be willing to travel to different data centers for on-site work.
  • Open to be part of the incident on-call team.
