About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with proven experience in Laravel, Filament, JavaScript, and Vue.js. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our web applications—covering both the backend and frontend. You will collaborate closely with our design, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel and Vue.js.
  • Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces, integrating them seamlessly with backend systems.
  • Implement and manage RESTful APIs for smooth data exchange between systems.
  • Design and maintain database structures (PostgreSQL/MySQL) ensuring data integrity and scalability.
  • Utilize Filament for efficient admin panel and dashboard development.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best development practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues.
  • Use Git and version control workflows for team collaboration and code management.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Laravel and Filament (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Solid proficiency in JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
  • Proficient in API design and integration.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture, web security, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud hosting environments.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Inertia.js.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
