Job Description
- Preparing ideas for refactoring.
- Taking care of high-level design.
- Acting as a senior developer within the team, with leadership experience.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new things in a professional manner.
- Supporting business stakeholders and product owners on technical aspects of requests and delivery.
- Explaining technical concepts in simple terms to product owners and business stakeholders.
- Embedding innovation into daily routines.
- Verifying that approaches are aligned with architecture and approved (new components/processes).
- Participating in daily work with developers.
- Having deep knowledge of business processes and requirements.
- Working closely with the Java Competence Lead and other Tech Leads to improve and optimize processes.
- Promoting operational excellence.
- Performing some administrative tasks with team members.
- Conducting technical interviews.
- 7+ years of experience in Java development (Fintech industry experience is a plus).
- Experience with Java 21, Spring, Hibernate.
- Experience in clean REST API design.
- Knowledge of SQL, MySQL.
- Experience with Kafka and SOUP.
- Hands-on experience as a Technical Leader is a plus.
- Very good level of English.
- Experience with Spring Boot migration.
- Hands-on experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or hexagonal architecture.
- Experience in decoupling monolithic applications.
- Work model: Remote with occasional visits to the office
- Type of contract: B2B
- Start: ASAP-1 month
- Rate: up to 180 PLN/H net + VAT
