We are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to join our team and play an essential role in delivering People Operations services.
This role involves providing support in areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, and HR Administration, tailored to organizational needs. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
The role follows a hybrid work model, with three days per week based in the Gdansk office.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on organizational priorities
- Address employee inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring responses are clear and timely
- Maintain and update employee information in HR and payroll systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Verify that HR processes and documentation align with company policies and legal standards
- Support the preparation of reports and summaries to meet operational and compliance requirements
- Work closely with the People Team to streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and contribute to collective initiatives
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in task execution
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Fluency in Polish
- A proactive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Experience working in culturally diverse settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving workflows and processes
- Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
