Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5-8 years of experience in global HR Business Partner
- Proficient in English level both of written and spoken
- Experienced in multinational company operates in overseas
- Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of management and outside international contacts
- Ability to travel abroad (Middle East, East&West Africa etc.)
- Analytical minded, result oriented and ability to work in a team
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseas operations of the human resources management, including recruitment, talent development and labor law.
- Responsible of expatriate management and HR projects as needed across Middle East, East&West Africa etc. to aid the growing organization and working closely with the line managers on resource planning & employee development.
- Being in coordination with functions and perform all necessary tasks in accordance with related laws and company employee regulations.
- Conducting international assignments (salary, offers, permits etc.)
- Prepare HR reports and analysis
