As a Game Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and optimize hyper-casual mobile games for iOS and Android platforms

• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to rapidly prototype and test new game concepts

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Unity (C#)

• Implement fun and engaging gameplay mechanics, UI systems, physics, and animations

• Analyze player feedback and data to fine-tune game balance and retention

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize games for performance and scalability

• Stay up to date with the latest mobile gaming trends, monetization strategies, and hit mechanics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile game development

• Strong expertise in Unity and C#

• Proven experience in developing and launching hyper-casual or casual mobile games

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of game physics and UI/UX

• Strong sense of gameplay flow, fun factor, and user retention

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced creative environment
