Join our AI Centre of Excellence in Poland, part of a global team of 9,000+ AI experts and data scientists. We partner with leading tech providers (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, SAS) to build scalable data solutions that drive real business impact.


  • Configure leading campaign management tools (e.g., SAS Customer Intelligence, Pega Decision Hub, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer) for clients across diverse industries and later use them to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making for global client engagements.
  • Perform data wrangling and transformation using SQL and ETL tools to ensure high-quality, actionable datasets.
  • Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Python, Databricks, SAS) to build models, segment audiences, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to align customer intelligence initiatives with client business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement tailored to international markets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer intelligence and marketing analytics to deliver cutting-edge solutions.


  • HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    Education & Experience Requirements (Cumulative):


  • 2-3 years of experience in customer intelligence, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one leading campaign management tool (e.g., SAS CI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer).
  • Experience in analytics tools such as Python, Databricks, SAS, or similar platforms.
  • Data wrangling skills with experience in SQL and ETL software (e.g., Informatica, Talend, or equivalent).
  • Understanding customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams and clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

  • Nice to have:


  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques for customer analytics.
  • Experience working with international clients or in a global delivery model.


  • Working Conditions:


  • Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków.
  • Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves on-site collaboration. You should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs.
