Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend Developer who is skilled in Python and familiar with Node.js and is willing to learn GoLang. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining microservices-based architectures and a strong understanding of API design, database systems, and containerized deployments.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python (FastAPI) and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end and AI/ML teams to design scalable microservice architectures.
• Integrate and manage data storage solutions such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Build real-time communication services using WebSockets.
• Work with Docker to containerize applications and support Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python (with practical experience in FastAPI).
• Working knowledge of Node.js and willingness to learn GoLang.
• Proven experience in designing and working with microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, and WebSockets.
• Proficiency in Docker and understanding of Kubernetes deployment concepts.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments is an added advantage.

Good to Have

• Experience working in AI or data-centric environments.
• Exposure to performance optimization, load balancing, and scalability strategies.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems.
