Clear. are looking for a talented sales engineer or a technical engineer looking to transition into sales. This role suits someone with the drive to shape smarter and more sustainable buildings. You’ll work directly with clients, architects and contractors to design and deliver bespoke automation solutions that improve comfort, efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients in commercial real estate, healthcare, data centres and other key sectors.
- Identifying opportunities to implement advanced control and automation systems.
- Working closely with technical teams to translate client needs into innovative, high-value solutions.
- Driving sales from initial enquiry through to project delivery.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in building automation, BMS, HVAC controls or related technical sales.
- Strong technical background combined with commercial acumen.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Norwegian or English language proficiency (both ideal).
