Job description 

Pam Buliding is seeking to reinforce its presence in Norway : you will integrate the Export Business development team to execute our business models strategy locally.  The following VIE will be based in Oslo. His main missions will be to develop business in the country. The job is articulated around 3 mains components: Distribution channels management, Business follow-up with contractors and specification of our solution close to project manager.

 

Main responsibilities 

  • Make specifications close to the project manager in order to create the needs and promote our solutions.
  • Ensuring the commercial follow up with contractor to achieve the specification previously made by the project manager.
  • Define a distribution channels strategy with your hierarchy, ensure it’s properly implemented and manage it in order to make our solution available locally

 

How to succeed?

  • Development & follow-up of client portfolios (MEP engineering / General contractor + plumbing / Distributors / Architects / Control offices).
  • Development & follow-up of project portfolios  
  • Network building: sales events, technical meetings, site visits, factory visits, organization of customer events.
  • Organized customer’s meetings in the area and make reporting to the hierarchy.

 

Requirements

 

Language: English and Norvegian mandatory, others will be appreciated
