Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our developing product team. This job requires someone who combines design thinking, user-centricity, and business understanding with technical execution to create effective trading experiences.

You will design user interfaces for our digital products, including online platforms, mobile applications, client platforms, and CRM systems, to ensure they are intuitive, scalable, and effective. From wireframes to final UI designs, you'll play a crucial role in producing solutions that match user demands and strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design: Support current design development by expanding and improving established key concepts and directions.
• Work with Product Managers, Developers, and Key Stakeholders to identify user problems and provide data-driven solutions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for online and mobile applications.
• UI/UX: Promote flawless layout and consistency over all digital touchpoints. Create and improve UI libraries, contributing to the progress of our design system.
• Conduct usability testing and apply input to continual design improvement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Operations, Data, and Technology to align product experiences with brand and business objectives.
• Prioritise features by considering user needs, technological feasibility, and commercial value.
• Design Governance & Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs follow the company’s visual identity, accessibility guidelines, and regional compliance standards.
• Help shape and uphold product design principles, ensuring consistency across products

Requirements

• 4+ years of expertise with digital product design.
• Practical expertise with Figma, particularly with components, modifications, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Extensive knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques for mobile and desktop.
• Excellent visual design abilities, as well as a thorough knowledge of typography, layout, and hierarchy.
• Must be familiar with working with design systems and keeping design consistency across several designs.
• The ability to work independently and handle many tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• The ability to think through whole user journeys, including error and edge scenarios.
• Being familiar with fintech and dashboard design.
• Previous experience with SaaS platforms.
