Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Concept Designer with strong 3D visualization and Photoshop skills to support our art consultancy team. This role involves transforming creative ideas into compelling visual concepts that communicate the narrative, tone, and aesthetic direction of our projects. The ideal candidate has an artistic eye, technical precision, and a passion for bringing interior concepts and artwork stories to life through visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept visuals, 3D renders, and digital mock-ups that communicate the look and feel of artwork and installation concepts within interior spaces.
• Create photoshopped visualizations showing proposed artworks, sculptures, and installations in context (rooms, corridors, lobbies, façades, etc.).
• Support senior consultants with presentation layouts, mood boards, and concept decks for client submissions.
• Assist in developing art narratives and visual direction in line with the client’s design intent and project identity.
• Work closely with the design, production, and art curation teams to ensure visuals align with technical feasibility and material finishes.
• Maintain and organize visual asset libraries including renders, Photoshop templates, and project references.
• Occasionally assist in 3D modelling for bespoke artworks, installations, or framing setups.
• Stay up to date with trends in digital rendering, material simulation, and visual storytelling.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in concept design, visualisation, or interior rendering (preferably within design, art consultancy, or architecture sectors).
• Proficiency in Photoshop, 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender), and rendering engines such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Strong layout and presentation skills using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint.
• An excellent sense of composition, lighting, colour, and materiality.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into cohesive visual concepts.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.
