Creative Brand Designer – Luxury Hospitality Group

We’re looking for a Creative Brand Designer who has a sharp eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into visually stunning brand experiences.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality environment and loves creating meaningful visual moments across print, digital, and experiential campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute campaign key visuals and brand concepts across multiple experiences.
• Translate strategy into strong, story-driven creative work that elevates brand presence.
• Design refined assets for social media, print, website, and events with consistency and precision.
• Lead art direction for photoshoots and campaign visuals in collaboration with marketing and digital teams.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive identity across all channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with both creative and performance goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of design experience within luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands (agency experience a plus).
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion and video editing skills a bonus.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and storytelling.
• Confident in art direction for photo/video shoots and creative production management.
• A portfolio that demonstrates elevated, brand-level creativity.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to balance creative vision with commercial objectives.
• Must be already based in UAE
