We are a growing digital media group focused on delivering cutting-edge news and insights in Crypto, Blockchain, Web3, and digital assets across a network of dynamic news websites. As we expand, we're looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience of our digital platforms.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with editorial, product, and engineering teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Design clean, responsive, and visually compelling layouts, navigation flows, and interactive components for news websites.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user journeys.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to inform new features and improve existing ones.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of a scalable design system ensuring consistency across digital products.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, analytics insights, and editorial team input.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility, usability, and performance standards for diverse user demographics.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, UI/UX trends, and innovations in news and media design.
  • Present design ideas and rationale clearly to stakeholders and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within digital publishing, news media, or content-heavy platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile UI design, UX workflows, and contributions to design systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, interaction design, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
