Job Title: Senior Projects Manager

Salary: Up to AED 45,000 per month

Experience Required: 12–15+ years


Position Overview

The Senior Projects Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction across multiple real estate and architectural projects. This role involves managing project managers, coordinating internal and external teams, overseeing financials, ensuring compliance, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout all project phases—from design to completion.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor project managers, enabling them to lead and manage their respective teams effectively.
  • Develop project schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance to achieve project objectives.
  • Foster a positive and high-performing work culture, offering coaching, motivation, and conflict resolution support.
  • Lead project meetings and review sessions to align goals and maintain high execution standards.

Financial Oversight

  • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to approved financial plans.
  • Identify financial risks and deviations early, implementing corrective measures.
  • Track key project milestones, reallocating resources or adjusting timelines when required.
  • Present financial reports and project updates to leadership, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Drive cost-optimization strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Client Relations & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with project vision and objectives.
  • Oversee and review design proposals, tender documents, and contractor submissions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely deliverables and quality compliance.

Construction Oversight

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects—from planning and design to execution and handover.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, sequencing tasks, and managing dependencies.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess quality, safety, and compliance with technical specifications.
  • Supervise material procurement, contractor performance, and workforce management.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals before initiating project activities.
  • Implement robust safety and risk management protocols to prevent incidents and delays.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in real estate or architectural consultancy.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
