Business Analyst/Tester - Billing & Pricing Modules

Job Title - Business Analyst/ Tester

Type - Long Term

Salary – 18000 AED

Work Location - Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements related to Billing & Pricing modules within BPCMS systems.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and User Stories aligned with DOA (Delegation of Authority) approval workflows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure billing and pricing structures meet compliance and business needs.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and regression testing for new system enhancements and modules.
• Validate billing calculations, rate setups, pricing logic, and reconciliation reports for accuracy.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to track and resolve defects during test cycles.
• Support system integration with core banking platforms and third-party applications.
• Generate MIS and audit reports for billing accuracy, pricing changes, and approval status.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to banking standards, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support for billing and pricing modules.

Preferred Skills & Traits:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Testing within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Strong understanding of Billing, Pricing, and DOA (Delegation of Authority) processes.
• Experience working with BPCMS, Core Banking Systems, or similar billing platforms.
