We are looking to expand our team with a Partnership Specialist who is passionate about ecosystem development, blockchain technology, and the future of decentralized finance (DeFi).
As a Partnership Specialist (Manager), you will play a pivotal role in fostering key strategic relationships and driving the growth of our synthetic stablecoin ecosystem. Your focus will be on building partnerships with blockchain and finance organizations, identifying joint venture opportunities, and enhancing the overall adoption and integration of our tokenized financial products. You will be part of a dynamic and fully remote team, working closely with business development, marketing, and product teams to create a sustainable and thriving ecosystem.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with key players in the blockchain and finance sectors, including other DeFi protocols, financial institutions, and ecosystem participants.
- Ecosystem Growth: Lead the development of joint ventures, integrations, and collaborations to expand the reach of our synthetic stablecoin and related products.
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan for partner acquisition and engagement, tracking performance and adjusting tactics as necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnerships, including marketing initiatives and technical integrations.
- Community Building: Engage with the wider blockchain and DeFi community, representing the brand at industry events and fostering relationships with key influencers.
