We’re an AI-first startup building a first-of-its-kind communication platform that merges real-time calling technology with artificial intelligence. We’re seeking a fearless iOS Developer and AI enthusiast to join our core team. You’ll take our existing Proof of Concept (POC) softphone app and transform it into a production-ready, scalable, and high-performance mobile product, shaping the foundation of something entirely new.

 What You’ll Do

• AI-Accelerated Development: Leverage tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Gemini to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate iteration, and explore new SDK capabilities.
• Refine & Build: Take ownership of the current POC, strengthen the codebase, and evolve it into a stable, maintainable production app.
• Core iOS Development: Implement and optimize Swift code for essential softphone features, calling (SIP/WebRTC), messaging, contacts, and call history.
• Architecture & Performance: Transform experimental code into a robust, scalable architecture using modern frameworks (SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM).
• Testing & Stability: Write unit and UI tests (manual + AI-assisted). Use Xcode Instruments and performance profiling to ensure stability and responsiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a small, fast-moving team to shape product direction, review AI-generated code, and refine our development practices.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Architecture preferred.

        Candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience:

        Proven experience as an iOS Developer with published apps or significant Swift projects.

        Experience transforming early-stage POCs into production-ready apps is a strong plus.

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong command of Swift, SwiftUI, and the MVVM model.
• Skilled in using Xcode Instruments for debugging and performance optimization.
• Proficient with UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and GCD.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, and ideally VoIP protocols (SIP/WebRTC).
• Familiarity with CallKit, PushKit, and real-time performance optimization.
• AI Enthusiasm:  A passion for integrating AI tools into your workflow and validating their outputs for quality, security, and performance.
