Requirements
Essential qualifications:
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships in fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure
- Hunter mindset: Self-starter with a relentless drive to win new business and exceed targets
- Proven success selling to banks, in the APAC Region
- Deep knowledge of SWIFT messaging systems (MT/MX, ISO 20022) and integration processes
- CRM Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and client interactions
- Target-Driven: A track record of exceeding sales and business development targets
- Adaptability: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong Relationship Builder: Strong C-level network within the banking sector
- Detail-Oriented: Impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Experience working with PSPs, or financial services platforms is strongly preferred
