Your Impact
As a Consumer Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping guest-facing experiences—especially around payment experiences and the payment innovation ecosystem. You’ll bring a consumer-grade polish to our interfaces, ensuring they’re not only intuitive and accessible but also deeply engaging. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to prototype, build, and refine designs that unlock joy and utility for our users.

Your Impact

You’ll collaborate across disciplines to prototype, build, and refine designs that unlock joy and utility for our users.
What You’ll Do
Design & Implementation
- Leverage behavioral data and user feedback to iterate and optimize the guest experience.
- Translate UX concepts into wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Create end-to-end, native and responsive experiences that are intuitive, polished, and accessible.
- Maintain design consistency by contributing to and expanding shared design systems and component libraries.
- Build interactive prototypes using tools like FigmaMake, Cursor, Replit, Lovable etc…
- Test new features and ideas quickly to validate hypotheses and inform product direction.
- Design exceptional AI-first experiences that solve meaningful customer problems - using AI tools to accelerate ideation, streamline design workflows, and contribute to a culture of innovation and learning across the team.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and researchers to define, build, and ship consumer-first solutions.
- Actively participate in design critiques and reviews to evolve the craft.
- Help facilitate and support user research to uncover insights that inform the product roadmap.
Core Skills
- Experience designing native mobile and responsive web applications with consumer-grade visual polish.
- Curiosity for new design tools and emerging AI tech that can unlock better restaurant/guest outcomes.
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools; strong knowledge of accessibility best practices.
- Adept in UX fundamentals—journey mapping, behavioral insights, and data-driven iteration.
- Deep attention to detail paired with a strong product-thinking mindset.
- Ability to work core EST working hours.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities—able to explain design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners.
- High adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Growth mindset: open to feedback, reflective about failure, and committed to continuous learning.
- Passion for creating experiences that surprise, delight, and serve real user needs.
- Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries.
- Familiarity with front-end implementation and performance considerations.
- Strong problem-solving chops; can troubleshoot UX issues using data and observation.
