Overview
This role acts as a trainer, consultant and advisor. Works with business partners to identify and implement multiple complex technical systems and/or products of varying sizes. Manages large systems and/or products. Collaborates and stays engaged with the delivery team. Acts as change agent and demonstrates to the teams how the Agile processes and systems work. Guide and mentor multiple teams in the consistent practice of Agile concepts, including roles, ceremonies, processes, compliance, and tool usage within the Agile delivery context. Improves application of Agile principles. Improve team understanding of Agile practice. Promote metrics-led, continuous improvement of the Agile delivery processes and propose adaptations of the methodology to address novel situations. Assists with improving operational metrics in efficiency and quality. Assists with refining the Agile delivery process to reduce areas of uncertainty that become impediments for the team. Ensure that team feedback is disseminated and communicated to IT so that potential changes can be implemented enterprise-wide. Participate in both the internal and external Agile community to stay abreast of challenges, leading practices, and emerging trends. Continue to improve knowledge of Agile activities internally as well as in the industry. Coaches and mentors other Agile Coaches around Agile methodologies; develops training plans; develops requirements documents; develops approval matrix; identifies team training and tool needs; defines, recommends and secures contractual agreements for technical services and products; coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement actives, and develops service level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms; defines quality gates for each sprint; defines critical success factors; Subject matter expert for product and program management related tools and processes.
Education
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study with IT focus degree (Required)
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing Agile methodologies (Required)
