IT Project Manager, GIS

Insight Global is seeking a senior-level Project Manager to join the team remotely, supporting the EST Time zone. This Project Manager would be leading a migrating from an outdated utility network system to a modern ESRI-based infrastructure. This role will manage integrations across multiple applications and ensure successful implementation of ESRI’s Utility Network (UN). They would also be responsible for training users on the new platform. The candidate will be responsible for high-level vendor relationship management as well. This Project Manager would also be responsible for monthly finances, ensuring that the project is staying on track and within budget. The ideal candidate needs to have strong familiarity with GIS systems, Waterfall methodology, and tools like MS Project and Jira.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years as an IT Project Manager
• Experience overseeing a GIS project
• Experience using MS project as a PM tool
• Utilities experience
• Strong communication skills to interact with C level executives

• Experience with ESRI UN
• Experience overseeing a project involving ESRI migrations/integrations
