- Coordinate activities between Product Owners and Scrum Team
- Assist in change management activities for the organization
- Remove impediments to Scrum Team performance and guide the team
- Participate in Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, and other Scrum ceremonies
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 4 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of related experience
- Relevant experience in process improvement and Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
- Energetic, organized, and detail-focused with a commitment to team success
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to undergo a background investigation for a Public Trust position
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Scrum Master Certification
