What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Facilitate the Scrum Process and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies
  • Coordinate activities between Product Owners and Scrum Team
  • Assist in change management activities for the organization
  • Remove impediments to Scrum Team performance and guide the team
  • Participate in Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, and other Scrum ceremonies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 4 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of related experience
  • Relevant experience in process improvement and Agile Scrum methodology
  • Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Energetic, organized, and detail-focused with a commitment to team success
  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to undergo a background investigation for a Public Trust position

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Scrum Master Certification
