What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define and execute project plans for various user groups including Product, Engineering, and Quality Assurance
• Coordinate the completion of software development projects to meet specifications and quality goals
• Collaborate with product, design, development, and testing resources to create product roadmaps and backlogs
• Conduct daily stand-ups and provide regular reporting on project health, risks, and issues
• Build and maintain high-quality relationships with senior management and manage work streams within larger projects
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3-5 years of professional work experience in project management
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in scrum, agile, or lean development environments
• Extensive experience with Jira; Jira Administration skills are preferred
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP (PMI) Certification is desirable
• Experience in software delivery and/or financial services industries
• Artificial intelligence (AI) exposure and skills
• Scrum certifications are preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to effectively work with distributed teams
