- Define and execute project plans for various user groups including Product, Engineering, and Quality Assurance
- Coordinate the completion of software development projects to meet specifications and quality goals
- Collaborate with product, design, development, and testing resources to create product roadmaps and backlogs
- Conduct daily stand-ups and provide regular reporting on project health, risks, and issues
- Build and maintain high-quality relationships with senior management and manage work streams within larger projects
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3-5 years of professional work experience in project management
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in scrum, agile, or lean development environments
- Extensive experience with Jira; Jira Administration skills are preferred
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- PMP (PMI) Certification is desirable
- Experience in software delivery and/or financial services industries
- Artificial intelligence (AI) exposure and skills
- Scrum certifications are preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to effectively work with distributed teams
