Job Summary
The Data Analyst plays a key role in transforming raw marketing data into strategic insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger campaign outcomes. This role combines analytical precision with storytelling—turning numbers into narratives that influence client strategy. Working across multiple platforms and large datasets, the analyst ensures data accuracy, builds performance dashboards, and delivers insight-driven recommendations that support high-impact government and institutional campaigns.
A Typical Day Will Include
Data Collection & Management
- Gather and integrate data from multiple platforms and client sources.
- Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Build and maintain live dashboards (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau).
- Deliver campaign reports that clearly show KPIs and benchmark performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Support attribution, econometric, and ROI studies for government campaigns.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for clients.
- Partner with planners and performance teams to enhance campaign strategy.
- Provide analytical input for client and government presentations.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within media, marketing, or communications.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into simple, compelling insights and stories.
- Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to data accuracy and validation.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with government or institutional reporting standards is a strong advantage.
