We are currently seeking an Agile Coach to join our team responsible for digital business development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in initiating and leading the unit's digitalization journey.

Background

Our company is taking a comprehensive approach to digital business development by establishing a unit that will collaborate closely with the core business to enhance processing efficiency and improve user experience. This unit will be responsible for supporting and managing company-specific processes and systems. While external suppliers are already in place for system delivery, internal system development will also be undertaken to create a more holistic user experience. The internal development will be organized as an agile team using modern methods for system development. This establishment is already underway.

The unit will be situated within the department for business support, encompassing administrative services, finance, HR, communication, and IT.

Requirements

As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful establishment of the digital business development unit. Starting in December, you will lead the team in digital business development work, ensuring efficient agile development of solutions and related tasks such as identifying needs and prioritizing them. Your role will also involve ensuring that the unit achieves its goals and mission, and that these goals remain aligned with the company’s development. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering collaboration with other units and ensuring that the company’s management is well-informed and capable of leading in these areas.

Required Skills

• Experience in Organizational Development
• Previous work with Government Authorities
• Proven track record as an Agile Coach

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
