Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist located in Doha, Qatar. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include offering technical guidance, conducting product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying new sales opportunities. Collaboration with the technical support team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Technical and Sales skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Technical Support & Troubleshooting CCTV Systems
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Very good knowledge in MOI SDD rules and regulations.
- Experience in the security solutions industry is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and English is preferred
