We have an urgent requirement for Technical Lead – ChatBot & Digital Integration (Banking Technology) with strong banking experience is required for one of our banking client in Oman

Strong experience in ChatBot platform implementation, customization, and integration (e.g., IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework is Must to apply for this role

Strong experience in integrating ChatBots with multiple channels – mobile (iOS & Android), website, WhatsApp, etc is Must to apply for this role

Strong experience in Java/Python/Node.js + SQL + Microservices Must to apply for this role

Strong experience in API & SDK integration across channels is MUST

Strong experience in banking is MUST

Responsible for leading ChatBot projects, enhancements, and integrations with the bank’s systems and digital channels. Ensures technical design, delivery, and post-production support while adhering to IT governance, performance, and security standards.Skills: chatbot,integration,digital

  • Technical Leadership & Project Delivery
  • Lead technical design, development, and implementation of ChatBot projects and system changes.
  • Ensure ChatBot application uptime and seamless integration with core banking and peripheral systems.
  • Support SIT, UAT, Security Testing, and Performance Testing phases during projects or changes.
  • Provide end-to-end implementation and post-production support for ChatBot-related initiatives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • ChatBot Implementation & Integration
  • Implement and customize ChatBot platforms; integrate with multiple digital channels (website, mobile app, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Integrate ChatBot SDKs with mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  • Ensure effective data exchange with back-end systems using APIs and integration middleware.
  • Support continuous performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of ChatBot interactions.
  • Architecture & Technical Governance
  • Prepare architecture, design, and technical documentation for ChatBot projects.
  • Ensure adherence to the bank’s IT governance, risk, and audit standards.
  • Evaluate vendor deliverables for technical quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Provide technical inputs for data migration, infrastructure upgrades, and scalability improvements.
  • Agile Project Management
  • Lead daily scrums and Agile ceremonies to align project progress and deliverables.
  • Ensure project milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are high quality.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • System Maintenance & Support
  • Ensure ChatBot application availability for testing and production environments.
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis and recommend viable solutions for incidents.
  • Proactively monitor ChatBot performance using appropriate tools and ensure optimal uptime.
