Requirements:
A strong background in analytics, computer science, econometrics or equivalent (at least MS or equivalent)
Proven experience as a data analyst, with a minimum of 4 years in a mid-level role.
Marketing analytics. At least 2-3 years experience with (digital) marketing data, analyzing and optimizing campaigns to drive better targeting, channel mix and conversion. Agency background preferred.
Digital product development through Data Analytics
Enjoy figuring out how to use math, code and data to derive insights from large datasets in order to solve real-life, fast-paced business problems
Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Experience with Google Analytics + Bigquery or similar web analytics tools.
Experience with Optimizely or similar A-B testing tool preferred.
Proficient in data visualization tools (preferably Power BI)
Experience working with large datasets and databases.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on and positive attitude
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
Experience with dbt and Google Cloud is a plus
