This position works out of our Kyiv location in the EPD Division.
What You Will Do
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and organize internal and external meetings and events; prepare presentations and take meeting notes.
- Partner Interaction: Collaborate with agencies and external partners on corporate programs, meetings, and business trips for the HR team.
- Process Administration: Support 1C processes (PRs, reports, TAFs, nominations, rewards) and HR-related procurement (benefits, testing, etc.).
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain electronic and paper documentation; prepare monthly reports and organizational requests.
- HR Initiatives Participation: Support internal communications, onboarding of new employees, corporate programs, military registration, and occupational safety.
- Higher education.
- Minimum 1 year in a coordinator or department assistant role. HR experience is a plus.
- English - spoken Intermediate level
- Strong communication skills, high empathy, adaptability, responsibility, and organizational skills.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Analytical thinking, confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), experience with 1C is a plus.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing internal processes, documentation, reporting, and supporting HR initiatives effectively.
