Senior BI Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior BI Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the migration project from Palantir to GCP, analyzing current systems, designing data models, creating source-to-target mappings, and ensuring seamless data migration throughout the process

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret existing data and business structures in Palantir
• Design, develop, and maintain canonical data models
• Develop comprehensive mappings between source systems and target data models, as well as from data models to data consumers such as Oracle datamarts
• Support the entire data migration process, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for building effective data models
• Document data models, mapping processes, and migration activities
• Assist with reporting, analytics, and validation of migrated data

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analysis
• Strong knowledge of canonical data models and mapping methodologies, with practical experience
• Proven track record in data migration projects
• Ability to analyze complex data structures and define integration approaches
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong skills in communication and documentation
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher

Nice to have

• Background in banking or financial services
• Experience working with GCP, Palantir, and Oracle technologies
• Understanding of data governance and data quality standards
