Senior BI Analyst

We are searching for a skilled and detail-focused Senior BI Analyst to join our team.

In this position, you will be central to the migration from Palantir to GCP, assessing existing systems, designing effective data models, mapping data flows, and guaranteeing a successful and efficient migration

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current data structures and business processes within Palantir
• Develop, enhance, and oversee canonical data models
• Build precise mappings between source systems and target data models, as well as from models to data consumers such as Oracle datamarts
• Manage the migration process to ensure data remains accurate, complete, and consistent
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for data model creation
• Produce thorough documentation for data models, mapping procedures, and migration activities
• Contribute to reporting, analytics, and validation of migrated information

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis
• In-depth knowledge of canonical data models and mapping processes, with practical application
• Proven background in executing data migration projects
• Ability to interpret complex data structures and design integration strategies
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication and documentation skills
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher

Nice to have

• Previous experience in banking or financial services
• Exposure to GCP, Palantir, and Oracle technologies
• Understanding of data governance and data quality practices
