We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital platforms. This includes the airline’s website, mobile applications, and customer service tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering visually compelling and user-friendly experiences that drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital touchpoints, including websites and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect the end-to-end customer journey.
Leverage and evangelize AI tools to expedite the design delivery with efficacy.
Collaborate closely with the Lead, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless design integration.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback through surveys and other research methods.
Ensure consistency across digital products by adhering to design systems and brand guidelines.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for products and mobile-first design.
Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for a seamless multi-device experience.
Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and design optimization.
Awareness of design trends, mobile-first approaches, and customer engagement techniques.
Hands-on experience building solutions using Bolt, Cursor, Emergent & Lovable etc., is add on.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
