Visual Designer

RYZ Labs is seeking a hands on Visual Designer to work with one of our partners in e-commerce industry. We are looking for a strong aesthetic sense to bring our client's campaigns to life across email, onsite, landing pages, paid social, and organic social. Most work happens in Figma, with additional image editing and production in Photoshop or Canva.

What You’ll Do

• Design channel-ready assets for:
  
  
  

Email (headers, modules, full campaigns; Klaviyo-friendly builds and handoff)

Website (banners, promotional modals, landing pages, and pop-ups)

Social (organic posts, stories, reels, and assets for Meta/TikTok/Pinterest)

Ads (static, lightweight motion, display, and programmatic variations)

Product visuals (mockups, DTF/UVDTF/vinyl sticker/sublimation previews)

• Translate briefs into visual concepts and present options that balance brand voice
  
  
  

and performance goals.

• Build and maintain reusable systems: Figma component libraries, templates, grids,
  
  
  

type scales, and layout patterns to speed production with consistency.

• Version and localize assets across placements, sizes, and audiences with care
  
  
  

(including responsive and mobile-first considerations).

• Use AI tools thoughtfully for ideation, image cleanup, background generation/removal,
  
  
  

style variations, and mockups.

• Receive, interpret, and implement feedback quickly while protecting design quality
  
  
  

and timelines.

• Organize files with clean naming, clear version control, and tidy shared folders for team
  
  
  

visibility.

• QC for accuracy and accessibility (contrast, legibility, alt text recommendations, and
  
  
  

link validation where applicable).

• Light motion design (GIFs, simple AE/animated type for email/social)
  
  
  

Secondary/bonus responsibilities

• Social media content creation: crafting videos and tutorials
• Documentation: short how-tos and guidelines that help others use templates well
  
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years designing for eCommerce or consumer brands across email, site, and social
• Strong Figma proficiency (components, variants, auto layout, shared libraries)
• Image editing and production experience in Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
• Good with AI generation/editing tools (Kittl, Playground, Gemini/Nano Banana,
  
  
  

Midjourney, ChatGPT) and a principled approach to prompts, outputs, and usage rights.

• Mastery of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and file prep for digital channels
• Experience working from briefs, adjusting to feedback, and iterating quickly
• Understanding of performance goals and how creative impacts CTR, CVR, AOV, and
  
  
  

CPA.

• Familiarity with email design best practices (live text, image slicing when needed,
  
  
  

image weights, mobile-first), and Klaviyo handoffs.

• Social media content creation: crafting videos and tutorials
• Documentation: short how-tos and guidelines that help others use templates well
  
  
  

Nice to have

• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects for light motion/print needs
• Experience creating DTF/UVDTF/vinyl/sublimation-ready visuals and mockups
