Lead the strategy and execution of EFY’s digital wallet ecosystem, ensuring that both high-net-worth clients (HNWI) and corporates can securely store, move, and operate digital assets across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

🎯 Role Objective
Lead the strategy and execution of EFY’s digital wallet ecosystem, ensuring that both high-net-worth clients (HNWI) and corporates can securely store, move, and operate digital assets across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
You’ll play a key role in expanding EFY’s international footprint through fiat ↔ crypto ↔ crypto integrations, FX/OTC/iRFQ capabilities, and a premium, secure, global wallet experience.
⚙️ Core Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for EFY’s wallet and exchange ecosystem
- Integrate on/off ramp APIs and collaborate with global liquidity providers
- Launch and optimize FX, OTC, and iRFQ trading flows
- Ensure regulatory compliance (Travel Rule, KYC/KYB, MiCA)
- Partner with Trading, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering teams for seamless execution
- Monitor and optimize metrics such as GTV, margin, fees, adoption, and conversion rates
- Drive a data-driven, compliance-first, and customer-obsessed product culture
- Localize wallet experiences for key LATAM markets (especially Mexico, Argentina, and Uruguay)
- Deep knowledge of digital wallet infrastructure: custodial / non-custodial, multi-sig, hot & cold storage
- Understanding of blockchain protocols, on/off ramps, and liquidity networks (Fireblocks, Circle, Binance Connect, Mercuryo)
- Experience with FX / OTC / liquidity optimization
- Familiarity with fraud prevention, risk scoring, and key management (KMS, HSM)
- Metrics-oriented mindset using tools like BigQuery, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel
- 5+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, or payment startups — ideally wallets, exchanges, or blockchain infrastructure
- Proven track record as a Product Owner / Product Manager for digital assets or payment ecosystems
- Deep understanding of compliance (KYC, KYB, AML, Travel Rule, MiCA)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, compliance, and trading teams
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
- Startup mindset: fast-moving, resourceful, and outcome-oriented
- Experience with Fireblocks, Metamask Institutional, Chainalysis, Sumsub, or Merkle Science
- Background in custody, FX, or crypto treasury management
- Exposure to cross-border financial products or multi-currency payment rails
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Postgraduate or certifications in Product Management, Fintech, or Blockchain are a strong plus (Scrum, Agile, Pragmatic, Product School)
